    Check-in: 4:00pm-11:00pm EST

    Check-out: Check-out is 11:00am sharp.  Frontdesk operations close at 11:00pm promptly.  The hotel does not provide late check-outs.  A late check-out fee of $50.00 will be applied starting at 11:05am.

    Due to COVID-19 restrictions, only paying hotel customers will be permitted on the property.  No visiting guests of paying hotel customers will be permitted on the hotel property (including guest rooms, lobby, and all other public areas) and will be asked to vacate the property immediately if in violation of this policy.

    The POOL is CLOSED until further notice.

    ​

    Due to COVID-19, the hotel does not provide ice, coffee services, or any other food & beverage services of any kind.

    ​

    All hotel room types are strictly limited to two (2) adults and one (1) infant child.

    ​

    Customers may cancel reservations no later than 72 hours prior to the reservation arrival date.


    Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to the reservation arrival date will be charged 1 night's stay.

    Age requirement: 21+ yrs old

    ​

    We are a non-smoking property, thus, all of our guest rooms are non-smoking rooms.

     

    You will be charged a $250.00 cleaning fee for smoking in the guest room(s).

    HOTEL PARKING POLICY

    ​

    All guest parking at the Roberts Riverwalk Hotel requires a parking permit or else be subject to your vehicle being towed away.  Guests can only obtain a parking permit from the hotel front desk agent upon their check-in time starting at 4:00 pm EST.  The Roberts Riverwalk Hotel parking lot is private property, thus, it is strongly advised you do not park on the hotel parking lot prior to the 4:00 pm EST check-in time or else be subject to your vehicle being towed away. 

     

    Frontdesk operations close at 11:00pm promptly.

    The Roberts Riverwalk Hotel is not responsible for any costs (e.g. - towing fees and or damage to your vehicle) associated with your vehicle being towed off the property.  You must deal directly with the towing company.
